At Jackson Strength we are proud to offer Semi-Private Adult Athlete Training. In a nutshell, it is the same elite programming that we do for our youth athletes but instead of training you for a scholarship, we are training you for a race or sporting event.. All of our semi-private training is done with a 5 athlete to 1 coach ratio. This style of training is a better fit for those who are comfortable in the weight room but still want individualized and professional program design with expert coaching. It can also be a good fit for those looking to get our world-class training at a lower price point then personal training.
All programs are designed with the individual athlete in mind. Whether you are training for a 5k, a Spartan Beast, a Mud Run or your basketball rec league, we got you covered. We are simply the best when it comes to training athletes according to their needs and it's what has been and always will be what sets us apart from the rest.
To top it all off, all of our Semi-Private training is unlimited. That's right, you can come in 7 days a week if you like. Shoot, come in 7 days a week, 2 times a day if you got the time. We want to see you . We want you to take advantage of our services. Our goal is to over-deliver and turn you into the most bad-ass and healthiest version of you!
