Why: This is one of the most essential athletic movements and by adding a band around your knees you are targeting and strengthening your entire leg, but most notably your glutes. This added glute strength will help prevent knee injuries that many athletes are susceptible to during play.
Who: Anybody that is hoping to strengthen their legs and add athleticism (increasing vertical and overall jumping ability.)
Where: Anywhere that you have a flat surface and a resistance band to squat with is a suitable location.
When: Whenever you feel like activating your glutes and getting some solid exercises in.
