What: Wall Slides With Overhead Shrug

Why: This exercise helps to strengthen your shoulders, as it works the traps and focuses on proper shoulder blade movement.

Who: Anybody that is experiencing shoulder pain or does an activity like baseball, volleyball, or swimming that requires healthy shoulders.

Where: Anywhere with a wall tall enough for you to slide your hands along in order to properly complete the exercise.

When: Before or after any athletic event, during a commercial break, or whenever you are feeling any shoulder fatigue or lat tightness.
