Getting older has it's perks. Of course, it also has it's drawbacks.
On one hand, it's pretty nice not make terrible decisions on a hourly basis.
On the other hand, stuff starts to get achy......and stiff......and painful.
These aches make us feel old and mortal. While we are definitely mortal, we don't have to feel old and here's how:
Yep, that's right. Big shocker, there is no magic pill. The best I can offer you is a 6 minute routine.
If you can't suck it up for 6 minutes well then as Flavor Flav so eloquently put it, "I ain't got nuttin fo ya man!"
Check these videos for the routines. Hit every spot for 30s, except the thoracic spine which I want you to take 60s.
It's important to note that at Jackson Strength Academy, we see the best results with our adult clients when they foam roll a few minutes everyday instead of going for hour long marathon sessions 1-2 times per week.
This routine hits all the major places where we store tension that causes issues in our backs, necks, shoulders, hips and knees.
