High School Camp
This camp is designed to help athletes build skills and gain confidence to finish the club season strong. (Athletes not competing in club are welcome too.)
Players will:
Refine key volleyball skills including passing, setting, hitting, and serving.
Focus on specific areas of improvement to build confidence heading into the final tournaments of the season.
Receive complimentary speed and vertical jump testing to measure athletic performance.
Learn speed and agility drills they can take home and add to their training routine.
Play fun beach volleyball-style games that develop ball control and court awareness.
Date: April 4th
Age: Advanced 8th graders & 9th - 12th graders
Time: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Location: Muldown Elementary
*1st time athletes will receive a shirt!
High School Camp:
Middle School Prep Camp
DATES:
This camp is geared towards the athlete that wants to put their best foot forward at upcoming tryouts and club season. Led by former Division 1 volleyball standouts Curtis (Long Beach State) and Krystal Jackson (UCLA), this camp will cover passing, setting, hitting, serving and defense. Special attention will also be given to educating the athletes on what coaches are looking for in an athlete and how to make a positive impression in a short amount of time.
Monday, December 30th → 9:30 am - 11am
Tuesday, December 31st → 9:30 am - 11am Wednesday, January 1st → OFF, NO CAMP
Thursday, January 2nd → 9:30 am - 11am
LOCATION: Swan River School Each athlete will receive a JSV Sweatshirt!
