ABOUT JACKSON STRENGTH PERFORMANCE
At Jackson Strength and Performance, our mission is simple: build strong, confident, resilient athletes who excel in sport and in life. With over 20 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels, we provide an unmatched training environment rooted in expertise, safety, and individualized development.
Experience That Sets Us Apart:
Our coaching staff is the most experienced in the Flathead Valley. Every coach undergoes comprehensive background checks, maintains Safe Sport certification, and completes our rigorous 12-step internal training process. This ensures that every athlete receives consistent, high-quality coaching built on proven methods and years of hands-on experience.
Individualized Training for Every Athlete:
No two athletes are the same and their programs shouldn’t be either. Each athlete begins with an in-depth assessment designed to identify red flags, movement limitations, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, we build individualized training plans based on sport, position, age, training history, injury background, and seasonal demands. Our commitment to a 1:5 coach-to-athlete ratio or better ensures that every athlete is seen, supported, and coached with precision.
A Culture of Effort, Consistency, and Growth:
We believe success is built on consistency and effort. Our training environment reinforces discipline, accountability, and long-term development, helping athletes build habits that carry them far beyond the weight room. Through ongoing testing and retesting, athletes and families can see measurable progress in performance, speed, strength, and overall athleticism.
Flexible Scheduling for Busy Families:
We offer training availability every 15 minutes before and after school, on weekends, and during homeschool hours. Whether you’re managing school sports, travel teams, or multiple kids, we make high-quality training accessible and convenient.
Expanding Facilities for Elite Development:
We continue to grow and elevate our facility to meet the needs of our athletes. Coming soon . . .

• In-house hitting, pitching, and fielding instruction
BENEFITS OF TRAINING with JSP

Individualized Programs
Every athlete is built differently with different strengths, goals, positions, and demands. That’s why individualized programs matter. Tailored training allows athletes to develop the exact qualities they need to excel, whether it’s speed, power, or foundational strength. Customized programming ensures each athlete progresses safely, efficiently, and with purpose, maximizing performance gains without the guesswork.

Injury Prevention
Injury prevention is the foundation of long-term athletic success. By focusing on proper movement mechanics, balanced strength development, and smart workload management, athletes stay healthier and perform at their highest level. A strong, stable, and well-prepared body not only reduces the risk of injury but also builds the confidence needed to compete fearlessly and consistently.

Stronger, Faster, More Athletic
Becoming a better athlete means developing strength, speed, and total-body athleticism together. Through purposeful training, athletes build power, movement skills, and greater overall resilience. When strength and speed work hand in hand, athletes move more efficiently, react quicker, and dominate their game with confidence. This is how real athletic performance is built!

Training at Jackson Strength was one of the most transformative chapters of my athletic career. I worked with Curtis and Krystal for five years while living in San Diego, and their support reshaped everything for me — not just as an athlete, but as a person. They didn’t just hand me workouts. They rebuilt the way I trained, ate, recovered, and lived. Curtis was deeply committed to helping me move and perform pain-free, and because of their holistic approach, I became stronger and healthier in my 30s than I ever was in my 20s. I avoided another surgery, learned to manage my autoimmune symptoms, and stayed competitive on the World Tour, at World Championships, and on the AVP because my body could finally keep up with my goals. What meant the most, though, was how present they were through the highs, the injuries, the doubts, and every comeback. Their care was genuine, and it showed every single day. Jackson Strength also made a tremendous impact on the young athletes in our College Prep programs. They trained many of our girls, helping them reach their dream schools and stay strong throughout their Division I careers with many of them returning each summer to continue their training when they came home from college. Their program goes far beyond building physical strength. It’s about longevity, confidence, discipline, and believing in what’s possible for your body. I’m forever grateful for the role Jackson Strength played in my journey and for the community they created for all of us. They extended my playing career and gave me the foundation to perform at the highest level pain-free, confident, and with purpose.

Working with Jackson Strength came at a turning point in my career, and I can honestly say they helped take my game to an entirely new level. Their impact was especially felt during my time in the San Francisco Giants organization—where the demands were higher, the expectations heavier, and the margin for error smaller. Jackson Strength made sure I was physically prepared and performing at my best every single day.
What stood out most was how personally they approached my development taking the time to really understand my body, my goals, and what I needed to succeed. Every session felt intentional, every adjustment mattered, and the results showed.
I can’t recommend Jackson Strength enough to anyone who’s truly committed to leveling up their game. They don’t just train you they invest in you.

Jackson Strength played a huge role in my development early in my baseball career, and the foundation they helped build became even more important once I entered the highest levels of professional baseball. The level of preparation, confidence, and consistency I learned with them made a real difference when the competition and expectations rose. Curtis and Krystal create a true family atmosphere—one where you feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for. They’re passionately invested in every athlete who walks through the door, and their holistic approach to training, combined with top-tier programming, pushed me to grow not just physically but as a complete athlete. Jackson Strength is the kind of place that builds both performance and character, and I’m truly grateful to have been part of that community.
