Elite Setter Mentorship

This is a high-touch, private coaching experience where I personally mentor your athlete throughout her journey as a setter.

This mentorship is designed to give her consistent guidance, confidence, and leadership tools so she can continue to grow as a setter and leader for her team.

What She Will Receive:

Initial Goal-Setting & Strategy Calls:

We begin with a 1:1 Zoom call to set clear goals and create a personalized development plan.

Monthly Personalized Training Programs:

Custom monthly home programs focused on the areas that will elevate her game the most helping her develop the skills, consistency, and leadership needed to confidently run the offense.

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Calls:

A dedicated monthly call where we talk through her progress, prepare mentally for upcoming tournaments, address challenges, and build confidence heading into competition.

Monthly Film & Video Review:

Each month we will review her game or tournament film together so I can provide detailed feedback on decision-making, leadership, and technical adjustments. This is one of the most powerful ways for setters to grow quickly.

Game-Day Support:

She will have access to reach out on tournament days for quick support, encouragement, or adjustments. Many athletes find this incredibly valuable when they need a quick mindset reset or strategic advice between matches.

On-Demand Coaching Calls:

Outside of our scheduled monthly calls, she can request additional phone calls whenever she needs extra guidance, support, or feedback.

24/7 Access & Support:

She will always have access to ask questions, get feedback, or share updates so she never feels like she has to wait until the next call for help.
