1. Hit reply to this email send me up to 5 minutes of video I want to see it all, the good sets and the not so good sets. Please upload the video to Google Photos, this is the best way for me to give your athlete feedback.

2. Next, send me an email with 3 times that work for you to schedule your setting analysis. This will be a 30 minute session on zoom.
